Cancellation Policy

This Canine Carnivore Nutritionist Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between CKG Canine and Equine Services LLC, Chelsea Judge, referred to as “Nutritionist” and "Client" Services: The Nutritionist agrees to provide Canine Carnivore Nutritionist services to the Client. The services may include, but are not limited to; 1) Basic: Online Assessment/Questionnaire Form 60-min Phone Consultation Advice on any food-related dog health Up to 5 emails support post initial consultation 2) Personalized: Online Assessment/Questionnaire Form Consultation Call Detailed email Personalized plan Up to 5 emails support post initial consultation 2) Extensive: Online Assessment/Questionnaire Form Consultation Call 90-min Detailed email Personalized plan Up to 6 emails support post initial consultation Up to 4 zoom lessons to work through behaviors Terms and Conditions: 1) Scope of Services: The Nutritionist will provide services as agreed upon by both parties. Any changes to the scope of services must be mutually agreed upon in writing. 2) Fees and Payment: The Client agrees to pay the Nutritionist the agreed-upon fees for the services provided. Payment is due prior to online assessment. Payment can be made via credit card. 3) Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all information shared during the services confidential. No sharing or selling of recipes created by CKG Canine and Equine Services is permitted. 4) Disclaimer: The Nutritionist is not a licensed veterinarian, and the services provided are not a substitute for professional veterinary care. The Client is encouraged to consult with a holistic veterinarian, or veterinarian of your choosing, for any health concerns regarding their canine companion. 5) Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Nutritionist from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the services provided. 6) Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement. 7) Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Washington State, United States of America.
