Returns

• Items may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
• Certain items, such as supplements and dog food, are final sale and non-returnable. 

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
• If you need a different size, color, or product, we are happy to assist with an exchange, subject to availability.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return

• We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

• Once received, we will process your refund or exchange.
