Unopened Supplements - 
Unopened supplements of any size or amount may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of product cost minus shipping costs. Customer must pay return shipping. 

Opened/Used Supplements - 
Customers may receive a store credit of product cost, minus shipping costs, within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Customer must pay return shipping. 

We ask that before you request a refund, you contact us first. We understand that some dogs or cats may be picky or you don't feel it's working. We are confident that our experience and knowledge will be able to help you.

At CKG Canine & Equine Services, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

Returns

Items may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Certain items, such as supplements and dog food, are final sale and non-returnable. 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

If you need a different size, color, or product, we are happy to assist with an exchange, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
