Unopened supplements of any size or amount may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of product cost minus shipping costs. Customer must pay return shipping.
Opened/Used Supplements -
Customers may receive a store credit of product cost, minus shipping costs, within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Customer must pay return shipping.We ask that before you request a refund, you contact us first. We understand that some dogs or cats may be picky or you don't feel it's working.
