Unopened supplements of any size or amount may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of product cost minus shipping costs. Customer must pay return shipping.
Opened/Used Supplements -
Customers may receive a store credit of product cost, minus shipping costs, within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Customer must pay return shipping.We ask that before you request a refund, you contact us first. We understand that some dogs or cats may be picky or you don't feel it's working. Returns
Items may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Refunds
