Cancellation Policy
Virtual Lesson Policy 24-Hour Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled lesson. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will not be accommodated. Be Prepared To make the most of your virtual lesson, please have your questions or topics ready in advance. This ensures we can focus on your priorities and maximize our time together.
